We request everyone to be very punctual for their booked time. Sessions are changing every hour and they are closely booked.

Student attendance at tuition each week is vital for continued progress to be made. If you miss the lesson, request for a make-up session, which are available depending the availability of times. A $10 'Booking Fee' is payable for any missed sessions.

  • Who do I speak with if I have concerns or questions?

We have complete commitment to customer service and encourage clients to offer feedback as much as possible so that we can continue to improve the quality of our service. Parents can communicate with the manager any time for whatever concern they have. Just give us a call.

  • Why don’t you send tutors out to my home?

Students’ willingness to come to the tutoring centre indicates their firm commitment to learning. Moreover, at the centre they enjoy an environment that promotes learning without distraction. Further, they get the benefit of a wide variety of resources relevant to their study whenever needed.

  • Do you set homework?

Yes. We encourage students to complete all their school homework themselves however,  we do explain wherever they have difficulty. We also encourage the student to do extra homework in addition to what they learn at the tutoring centre. We are aware of students limitations; therefore, we try to tailor all homework sheets parallel to students school work to enforce the learning without increasing too much workload.

  • How do I find out about my child’s progress?

We request parents to closely monitor the progress reports from student’s school as good results in the school is a major concern of most of the parents. We also assess students learning as we cover the syllabus given by the school or board of studies. We encourage parents to communicate with us whenever they have any concerns.

We instil confidence in students that empowers them to reach their highest potential – call or SMS 0402 463 423 to enrol.
